Checking Order Status
- Order Confirmation: When your order is placed online or over the phone, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly afterward.
- Processing Time: Most orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 days. You will be notified if your order will be delayed more than 4 days.
- Tracking Numbers: When your order is shipped you will receive another email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for UPS or FedEx to update tracking info.
- If shipped by UPS there will be a tracking link in the email.
- If shipped by FedEx you will receive a tracking number but will have to go to FedEx and enter the number. FedEx Tracking

Backorders: If any items are on backorder you will be notified within 24-48 hours with an estimated delivery time. You may also change or cancel your order at this time.
