Shipping Policy
Free Shipping is included on orders over $75.00 to destinations within the Continental U.S. Only. Free Shipping is Not Available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO addresses. We will contact you with the additional shipping charges.
Free ground shipping carriers include UPS, FEDEX, USPS or ground freight trucking at our discretion. Restricted areas and/or remote delivery locations may incur additional charges. You will be contacted with any additional charges prior to completion of your order. Otherwise, no additional shipping charges will be added to your order.
- Shipping is available within the USA, US territories, US Military Bases and Canada. Restrictions Apply.
- Most small orders (under 2 lbs.) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2 - 3 days from the date shipped.
- Orders under 150 lbs., shipping to the continental US, will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS.
- Orders weighing over 150 lbs., special-orders, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military Bases and Canada may incur additional shipping charges. You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs.
- UPS & FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. Only USPS can be shipped to PO Boxes.
- If your order requires freight shipping on a pallet, you will be contacted to provide additional shipping instructions. Freight Free Shipping is considered dock-to-dock with no additional services except lift gate. Other services, such as white glove, inside delivery, delivery appointment required, restricted access etc., will require a quote for the additional services. Instructions can be left in the comments section at checkout if you know of any special requirements for your order.
Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and generally arrive within 1-5 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you the shipper's Tracking Number.
Shipping Rates
If your order total is less than the $75 threshold for free shipping, your shipping rate will be based on Commercial or Residential UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be figured automatically during the checkout process. You will see your total cost, including shipping, before completing your order.
If your order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO addresses or Canada, we will contact you if there are additional shipping charges. Small orders that fit in USPS Flat Rate Envelopes or Boxes will Not incur additional charges to Alaska and Hawaii.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards: We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card and Discover cards. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. Please be sure to use the correct billing address on the card when checking out to avoid any delays.
PayPal: Payments can be accepted using existing funds in your PayPal account or with your established banking account or credit/debit card through the PayPal system. PayPal is a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the internet.
Apple Pay: To use Apple Pay to check out, click or tap on the Apple Pay option at checkout from your iPhone or other Apple device. You'll be prompted to either enter your passcode or use Face ID to authorize the payment. After this, you'll be able to check out as usual with your Apple Pay information already filled in, so you won't need to sign in again or enter your card information. When sending a check or money order, be sure to get the shipping total from us before sending your order. Be sure to include the check or money order (including shipping) made payable to Fire Supply Depot, a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. For checks, also include your driver's license number and date of birth. Orders via Money Order will be shipped out upon receipt. Orders via Check will be shipped when the check clears.

We accept Purchase Orders from most businesses, schools, organizations and government agencies. Please review the information below for submitting a Purchase Order. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to an Arizona address unless you provide us with your tax exempt status. All emergency food and water rations are exempt from sales tax.
If you are purchasing for a California state agencies that is required to pay sales tax, please contact us to set up your account. We are registered with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).
Returns
FireSupplyDepot.com offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-347-3473 or 520-323-1016 (Within Arizona) for a return authorization number (RGA#). You can also request an RGA# by e-mail. Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.
Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on certain items. This includes emergency food and water, certain first aid products and hygiene products.

Warranty Policy
All products are also covered by the respective Manufacturer Warranty. In addition, FireSupplyDepot.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, and you wish to return it, please contact us by email or phone to receive an authorization to return. You are not responsible for the cost to return the product to us in the case of a product defect.
