Shipping Policy:
FREE SHIPPING is included on orders over $75.00. The Free Shipping is ONLY available to destinations in the 48 continental US states. Free ground shipping carriers may include UPS, FEDEX, USPS or ground freight trucking at our discretion. No additional shipping charges will be added to you order.
  • Shipping is available within the USA, US territories and US Military Bases. Restrictions Apply.
  • For US continental 48 States, orders under 150 lbs. will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS.
  • Most small orders (Orders under 2 lbs.) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2 - 3 days from the date shipped.
  • Orders weighing over 150 lbs., special-orders, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military Bases and Canada may cost additional. You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs.
  • UPS & FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. Only USPS can be shipped to PO Boxes.
  • No charges will be made to your credit card until the product is ready to ship.

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. All packages bound for destinations within the 48 US Continental States are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Military Bases are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you the shipper's Tracking Number.

Shipping Rates:
If your order is for less than the $75 threshold for free shipping, rates are based on UPS Ground or USPS delivery and will be figured automatically during the order process. You will see the shipping total before you click on the final purchase.

When sending a check or money order, be sure to get the shipping total from us before sending your order. Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to an Arizona address unless you provide us with your tax exempt status. All emergency food and emergency water is also exempt from sales tax.
