The EZ Evac triage stretcher kit is a light weight fold-up stretcher that comes with triage tags, paramedic transport blankets, mylar solar blankets and exam gloves. All items are neatly stored in the pockets of the folding stretcher. The stretcher features eight reinforced carry handles and can support up to 300 lbs. Poles can be slid through the carry handles for added versatility.
