Genuine Kidde OEM valve stem O-ring, part number 259772, for Kidde dry chemical fire extinguishers. The valve stem O-ring seals the stem inside the valve body and should be inspected and replaced whenever the valve is serviced.
Replace this O-ring any time the valve is removed from the cylinder, including during recharge, hydrostatic testing and six-year maintenance. Using the genuine OEM part keeps your service work consistent with the manufacturer's service manual.
