We cannot ship our 16 oz FireAde Extinguishers outside of the Continental North America or any route that involves air transportation. All fire extinguisher orders must ship via ground transport.

Orders weighing over 150 lbs., special-orders, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Military Bases may cost additional. You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs.

No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped.

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. All packages bound for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Military Bases are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS and generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your Tracking Number via e-mail. Tracking numbers are not provided when products are being drop-shipped directly by a manufacturer or when your order is shipped using a carrier other than UPS or FEDEX.

Customs Policy
Intenational shipping is not avaialble. All orders must originate and be shipped to US addresses.

Out-Of Stock or Back-Ordered Merchandise
Although most orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days, occasionally an item is back-ordered. In these rare instances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.

Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.

Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.

All products are also covered by the respective Manufacturer Warranty. In addition, FireAdeSource.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, and you wish to return it, please contact us by email or phone to receive an authorization to return. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to an Arizona address unless you provide us with your tax exempt status.
